Each service is tailored individually for the client. Once we chat over our free consultation call, we can discuss your budget and needs further.
Once we have agreed on your chosen project, you will be sent an outline which acknowledges working conditions, payment details and delivery dates. Upon receipt of confirmation, A 50% non-refundable deposit is due by Bank Transfer for work to commence. The remaining 50% will be required once work is complete. All invoices issued to you once work is completed must be paid within 14 days of due date.
Due to the nature of Branding, illustration and Content Creation Services, unfortunately refunds can not be given regarding these services. We understand when you purchase a print it may be unsuitable e.g purchasing a gift. If this is the case, we would happy to offer an exchange of your chosen print upon proof of purchase.
If a print arrives and it is damaged due to the postal service, for reasons out of our control, we would be happy to offer you a replacement upon proof of purchase.
